Step One: Form filling
Download the membership form here.
Please either fill in the pdf and save it or print out and fill in by hand.
Step Two: Send it off
Please email the completed form or post it (email address and postal address are detailed on the form).
Step Three: Pay the Fee
Please send a Bank transfer, PayPal payment or a cheque (as detailed on the form)
